which do you find more attractive?

tee hee.... yeah...

like i said, i think that the modeling industry
(perhaps even moreso, the photography industry
within the modeling world) has a certain 'person'
type they are interested in.
it seems they prefer males with an almost stark,
chiseled (good word!) look, symmetrical in
design... and blending the male/female relationship
into an almost harmonius whole.
reminds me of the great artists.

i've noted that most of the male models seem
to have a straight, weighty looking brow...
level and shading the eyes.
a good aspect in which to keep the symmetry
between the bottom of the nose, the split
in the mouth, and the bottom of the chin.
a good example of this is #3, since his is
most prominent and full-frontal.

i also noticed on the top 50, a good 3/4 of
the male models have longer hair... some very
long.
i'm wondering if this is just a cosmetic
indication of fashion this year.

here is my answer(s):

#1 -- has a definite air about him. i love his
eyes and the position he is in (granted, he
was placed that way).
i love the look he is giving.
very tasty...
me likeys.

#2 -- has a gruff, 'american' look to him.
i believe its a GUESS ad, and therefore it
seems to explain the monochromatic color
scheme.
the problem i have with him, is that despite
this natural tendencies, he is seemingly
portrayed as being rugged and tough... when
his skin betrays that look. i bet his hands
are nice and soft.

#3 -- has a great face. very symmetrical as
i previously stated. he has a sense of being
overwhelmingly sensitive and i bet he has a
great voice. he reminds me of this guy i shared
a class with. perhaps thats it.

#4 -- this guy seems rather young in comparison.
i like his hair... and damn, he has nice arms.
(not too big [img]wink.gif[/img] )
but overall, he's not my type. and i don't
really think he has the face for it.

#5 -- has a great face, very angular. i like
the pic because it gives me the impression that
he is listening to some weighty music. i wish
i knew what song it was...
i like his nose and the way it conforms to his
mouth.
however, i attempted to imagine what he looked
like with his eyes opened. i think that was
the fatal flaw.

#6 -- yummy.... this guy has it. i like his
body and the way he wears his clothes. its almost
as if he's slightly uncomfortable, yet
determined to withstand that discomfort because
he is all male. i like the expression on his
face... very daring and alluring.

the sad thing is... i can't decide.
its definitely between #1 and #6...

hmmmm... i think i'll bag #1 simply because
he is a bit bigger (looking) than #6...
and his clothes look kinda slicker...
